Cold Spring River View Estate: Having sold their magnificent river view estate and moving south, this prominent family has commissioned us to sell all the outdoor ornamental ironwork, lawn decorations as well as the contents of the home. While small items have been removed to the Absolute Auction Center in Pleasant Valley, NY, larger pieces of furniture, ornate pool table, coin operated Nickelodeon, large lots and contents of outbuildings will be sold on-site in Cold Spring. This is a great buying opportunity. Removal will start Thursday & Friday May 4th & 5th by appointment.
