Longmeadow, MA Auction Ending 3/26

Contents of a Longmeadow, Massachusetts Retirement Home apartment including Orientalia, Century Glass top dining table, bedroom set and more. Please note all of these items are located on the second floor of a retirement community. There is a staircase adjacent to the unit, but it has corners. Elevators and loading dock are located at the center of the complex (which is a significant distance as this is an end unit. Please bring appropriate material handling equipment (dolly, blankets, boxes, paper etc.) and assistance for safe removal as none will be available at the location.

Payment is due by Wednesday, March 28 at 1PM.

Pickup will be by appointment only on Friday, March 30.

All lots sold as is, where is. There is a 15% Buyers Premium for all lots purchased. Payment methods include cash, MC, Visa, Discover or good check. You can make credit card payment online by going to your Member Area and selecting your invoice.
